Nancy is retired chief executive officer of Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), a nationally recognized $5.5 billion health care organization. She is credited with leading the health system through a dramatic financial turnaround and for award-winning patient safety, customer service and diversity initiatives.  Retiring in 2017, her career in health care administration spans over thirty-five years of experience in senior level executive positions. Nancy serves on several national and community boards including The Kresge Foundation, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Duke University Health System, Ardent Health Services, and Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Senior Vice President, Operations Support, TeamHealth

As senior vice president of Operations Support for TeamHealth, Glenda oversees support of back office administrative services for TeamHealth’s some 16,000 clinicians as they serve more than 2,000 acute and post-acute facilities across the country in the areas of emergency medicine, hospitalist services, anesthesia, ambulatory care, and behavioral health.  Glenda also services as the program director for TeamHealth’s Women in Leadership initiative. Prior to joining TeamHealth, Glenda held various leadership roles in a myriad of healthcare settings including a rural hospital, regional health system and behavioral health continuum of care.  Glenda is passionate about the difference that quality healthcare services can make in our communities and the unique voices and talents that female leaders bring to organizations.
