Gayle is president and chief executive officer of JGF Strategies LLC, providing strategy guidance to healthcare organizations. She retired in July 2018 as the executive vice president/chief strategy officer of Yale New Haven Health System. She joined the System in 1997 and was primarily responsible for System strategy development and execution, marketing, community and government relations, innovation, business development and mergers and acquisitions. Gayle has over thirty-five years of experience in system strategy, integration, development and management and is recognized for role in lifting up gender equity in the health care industry.

Jean is chief operating officer of Ascension Michigan, and is responsible for operational direction and alignment of all the Ascension ministries within the state. This includes St. John Providence, Borgess Health, Ascension Crittenton Hospital, Genesys Regional Medical Center, St. Mary’s of Michigan and St. Joseph Health System. Ascension is the second largest non-profit healthcare provider in the state and includes fourteen hospital locations and hundreds of medical centers and physician practices. Jean has more than twenty-five year’s experience in Catholic healthcare, including front-line patient care experience as a nurse and senior leadership experience within large health systems.  She previously served for three years as president and chief executive officer of St. John Providence.

Teri is the chief executive officer emeritus of Woman’s
Hospital, a position she assumed in March 2019 after
serving twenty-three years as president and chief executive officer. Woman’s is the only nonprofit women’s and infants’ tertiary health system in the nation, and the only health system to
receive Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work award every year it has been given. Teri was the 2012 chair of the American Hospital
Association--the fifth women in its 120-year history—and was on the
Sixth District Federal Reserve Bank board as audit committee chair. She currently serves on the boards of two public companies and the Board of ACHE. Teri was named to Modern Healthcare’s inaugural list of Top 25 Women Leaders and twice included in its 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.

Appointed in July 2014, Pamela currently serves as the chief executive officer for the University of Virginia (UVA) Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. The UVA Medical Center is a nationally-recognized academic medical center which includes 612 inpatient beds, Level 1 trauma center, the UVA Children’s Hospital and more than 100 primary and specialty care clinics throughout the Commonwealth with greater than 1 million visits annually. Ranked as the #1 hospital in Virginia by U.S. News & World Report, the medical center has received several national designations and recognitions for adult and pediatric specialties.
