Marna has served as the chief executive officer of Yale New Haven Hospital and Yale New Haven Health since 2005. With revenues of $4.5B, Yale New Haven Health is the largest health system in the region and largest employer in Connecticut. Marna began her career at Yale-New Haven Hospital over 39 years ago and served in a variety of staff and operational roles prior to her current positions. Marna has been recognized for her commitment to community service and the health care field with numerous awards. She also holds three honorary doctorate degrees.

Dr. Conroy serves as chief executive officer and president of Dartmouth-Hitchcock
and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, the largest private employer in the state of New Hampshire. Prior to arriving at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Dr. Conroy served as chief executive officer of Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. From 2008 to 2014, she served as chief health care officer of the Association of
American Medical Colleges, focusing on the interface between the healthcare delivery system and academic medicine, paying particular attention to how healthcare in academic settings can manage the challenge of healthcare reform and the operational implications of the Affordable Care Act.

Susan is president and chief executive officer of Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement
company. She and her colleagues at Premier work with 3,900 U.S. hospitals and more than 150,000 other providers to transform the industry from the “inside” by continually and measurably raising the bar for high-quality, cost effective healthcare. She has an immense passion for industry improvement and believes healthcare is personal, change is inevitable, and building ahead of the future is a must. Guided by that philosophy, Susan has led efforts that have had a lasting effect on care delivery nationwide.
